Inside Out Ravioli
- 1 1/2 lb. ground round
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. pkg. shell macaroni, cooked
- 2 to 3 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- In large skillet, brown ground round, onion and garlic. Cook spinach according to package directions; reserve drained spinach liquid and add water to make 1 cup.
- Add cheese, bread crumbs, eggs,
- oil and reserved liquid to spinach.
- Set aside. Add tomato sauces
- and pepper to meat mix; simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach mix to meat sauce and stir in noodles.
- Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30
- minutes.
