  1. About 45 minutes before serving:
  2. Grease a large cookie sheet. In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat water and butter until butter melts and mixture boils.
  3. Remove saucepan from
  4. heat. With a wooden spoon, vigorously stir in flour and mustard
  5. all at
  6. once
  7. until mixture forms a ball, and leaves sides of pan. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  8. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition until mixture is smooth; beat in
  9. ham
  10. and
  11. cheese (cheese
  12. does
  13. not
  14. need to melt).
  15. Drop batter,
  16. using
  17. a
  18. large spoon
  19. and
  20. pushing
  21. off with rubber spatula,
  22. onto
  23. prepared cookie sheet into 12 mounds, about 2 inches
  24. apart, swirling top of each.
  25. Bake 35 minutes or until golden.
  26. Serve
  27. as
  28. bread
  29. with soup,
  30. salad
  31. or main course. They're
  32. great with tomato soup! Makes 12 puffs; 145 calories per puff.
