Chili Rellenos Bake

  1. In skillet brown ground beef and chopped onion.
  2. Drain off fat. Sprinkle meat with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
  3. Place 1 can of green chilies, cut in half crosswise and seeded, over meat. Combine beaten eggs, milk, flour, salt, several dashes of bottled hot pepper sauce and dash of pepper.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Pour over chili mixture.
  6. Bake in moderate 350u0b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool 5 minutes.
  8. Cut in squares to serve.
  9. Serves 6.
