Brocolli Garlic Stir Fry

  1. Take broccoli floret and wash it thoroughly with running water. Cut the florets in small bite sized pieces and put in a hot boiling water for 5 minutes. (You can microwave for 5 minutes) .
  2. In a pan, add oil, splutter mustard and cumin seeds. Add chopped garlic flakes and saute the onions till it turns pink. Now add red chilli powder, pepper powder and coriander powder, mix it well with sauteed onion.
  3. Add the cut brocolli florets and stir it in a low flames for 5 minutes. Adjust the salt & pepper powder according to your taste.
  4. Serve hot with Rice or Roti. Happy cooking !!
  5. Ps : You can add roasted sesame seeds at the last. But this is optional.
