Bestest Pork Roast

  1. Pat pork dry, rub salt and seasoning all over roast.
  2. Put onion, garlic and thyme in roasting pan.
  3. Place the roast bone ends down in the roasting pan.
  4. Roast uncovered in 400u0b0F preheated, oven for 20 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes pour water, about one inch deep, for me was 2 cups.
  6. Cover with a foil.
  7. Back in the oven for 1 hour 350F.
  8. Check for water after one hour.
  9. Beck in the oven for another hour.
  10. After one hour, uncover and roast for another 30 minutes.
  11. Take out and cover again.
  12. Put juice from roasting pan with onion and garlic in a blender, discard thyme sprigs, it will be your gravy.
  13. You will have 2-3 cups of gravy.
