Chicken Bake

  1. Drain mushrooms; save liquid.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan.
  3. Saute onion.
  4. Add seasonings and mushroom liquid.
  5. Blend in chicken soup and stir until smooth.
  6. Gradually add milk, stirring, until smooth and thick.
  7. Mix rice, mushrooms, pimento and chopped chicken.
  8. Pour into a buttered pan.
  9. Top with grated cheese.
  10. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
