Easy Chicken Casserole

  1. In a large pan add canola oil.
  2. Coat pan.
  3. Cut up chicken into strips or large cubes.
  4. Place in pan with oil.
  5. Season with onion powder, pepper and garlic powder.
  6. Cook chicken until well done. In a saucepan follow package directions and make Stove Top stuffing.
  7. In small saucepan, cook broccoli until tender.
  8. Layer chicken, then broccoli, then stuffing in casserole dish.
  9. Add 1/4 can soup between layers and add rest to top.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
  11. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
