Easy Chicken Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- In a large pan add canola oil.
- Coat pan.
- Cut up chicken into strips or large cubes.
- Place in pan with oil.
- Season with onion powder, pepper and garlic powder.
- Cook chicken until well done. In a saucepan follow package directions and make Stove Top stuffing.
- In small saucepan, cook broccoli until tender.
- Layer chicken, then broccoli, then stuffing in casserole dish.
- Add 1/4 can soup between layers and add rest to top.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
