Easy Lasagna And Caesar Salad
- 2 medium heads romaine lettuce
- 3 anchovy fillets or more to taste
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. garlic flavored croutons
- 4 Hormel Micro Cup Meals - lasagna
- Separate lettuce, discarding tough outer leaves.
- Wash and dry thoroughly.
- Tear into bite size pieces.
- In small bowl, mash anchovies.
- Stir in lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Whisk in oil until well blended.
- Place lettuce in salad bowl; pour dressing over.
- Toss gently.
- Add remaining ingredients; toss briefly.
- Prepare lasagna according to package directions.
- Remove to serving plates and serve with salad.
- Serves 4.
