Yummy Mound Bars
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 c. (12 oz.) milk chocolate chips
- Microwave on
- High the butter or oleo in an 8 x 12-inch glass baking
- dish
- until
- melted.
- Stirtn
- crumbs and sugar until combined.
- Press
- mix
- firmly
- andtvenlytn bottom of dish. Stir
- together
- coconut and milk.
- Spoon over crust and spread evenly.
- Microwavetn
- Medium (50 % power) uncovered 9 to 11 minutes, rotating dish once.
- Microwave chips in uncovered glass dish
- 2
- to
- 3
- minutes
- until melted.
- Stir until smooth.tpoon over coconut mix and spread to cover.
- Refrigerate to set for 1 hour.
- Cut into bars.
