Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 3 chicken breasts cut in large pieces
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Weber roasted garlic & herb
- 8 ounces organic cream cheese
- 1 cup organic sour cream
- 1 cup Frank's red hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 5 green onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese (or blue cheese)
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, then add olive oil, chicken, and seasonings.
- Cook until done, then transfer to food processor, and pulse until chopped.
- In a large mixing bowl place cream cheese, sour cream, Frank's and seasonings.
- Mix really well, then add chicken and mix more.
- Place in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with green onions, top with cheese. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
