Grub Stew

  1. In pot, fill with water 3/4 of the way and add pork chops. Cook until done.
  2. Remove pork chops and let cool.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In same pot you cook your pork chops and the same broth, add all your other ingredients.
  5. Bring to boil and turn on low.
  6. Cover and cook for about 45 to 60 minutes.
  7. Stir occasionally.
  8. Take pork chops off the bone and chop or cut into nice size pieces.
  9. Add to your pot of stew and any juice that drained off the pork chops; add to stew.
  10. Let simmer for another 30 to 40 minutes.
  11. Then add additional spices.
