Beef Casserole(Makes 4 Servings)

  1. Place green beans in a 1-quart casserole, icy side up.
  2. Cook, covered, on High for 5 minutes.
  3. Reserve.
  4. Combine beef cubes and meat tenderizer in a 2 to 3-quart casserole.
  5. Toss lightly.
  6. Add onion.
  7. Cook, covered, on High for 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is tender.
  8. Add tomato soup, 1/2 cup water, noodles and green beans to beef cubes.
  9. Stir lightly and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Cook, covered, on High for 5 minutes.
  11. Stir and let stand, covered, 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
