Low-Fat Manicotti Supreme

  1. Mix cheeses and spices; set aside.
  2. Put manicotti shells in boiling water.
  3. Boil for only 5 minutes.
  4. Pour out half of the boiling water; replace with cold water so it is just warm to your touch.
  5. Keep shells in this water or else they will dry out and crack.
  6. Remove one shell at a time and stuff, using a butter knife, with cheese and spice mixture.
  7. Spread approximately 1/2 cup of the spaghetti sauce into a 9-inch casserole dish.
  8. Fill with stuffed manicotti shells.
  9. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over stuffed shells, being sure to cover them completely.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  11. Serves 4.
