Turkey Everything
- 2 c. coarsely chopped, cooked turkey
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0.
- In a large bowl, combine the turkey, celery, rice, almonds, green pepper, onion, lime juice, salt and black pepper. In a medium size bowl, combine the mayonnaise and mushroom soup. Add to the turkey mixture and stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
