Veal With Wine Sauce
- 3 red or green peppers
- 1 large onion
- 1 lb. veal for stew
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. red wine
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 6 to 8 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. sliced, peeled eating apples
- 3 large sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
- 1 lb. frankfurters, split lengthwise and halved
- 1/4 c. light brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. buttered soft bread crumbs
- 3 lb. chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 3 oranges, sliced
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced green onion
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- Pierce pastry thoroughly with fork.
- Bake in 375u0b0 oven 10 minutes; remove.
- In large bowl, toss together next 3 ingredients; spoon into pastry.
- In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Slowly spoon over tuna.
