No-Bake Fruit Cake

  1. Put the milk, marshmallows and orange juice into a large bowl; let stand until needed.
  2. Roll graham crackers into fine crumbs. In a large bowl, mix the crumbs, spices, raisins, dates and nuts. Add the candied fruits. Add the milk mixture.
  3. Mix with a spoon, then with hands until crumbs are moistened. Press firmly into a 9-inch tube pan or loaf pan with waxed paper lining.
  4. Top with additional fruit and nuts.
  5. Cover tightly. Chill 2 days before slicing.
  6. Keep in cool place.
  7. Makes 3 1/2 pounds.
