Green Chili And Cheese Appetizer Tart

  1. Allow both crusts to stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oven to 450u0b0.
  3. Unfold crusts onto ungreased cookie sheet or pizza pan; remove plastic sheets and press out fold lines. Sprinkle cheeses over crust to within 1/2 inch of edge.
  4. Sprinkle with green chiles.
  5. Slightly sprinkle with Crazy Mixed Up salt (use chili powder or seasoned salt instead of Crazy Mixed Up salt for variety).
  6. Seal edges with fork; generously prick top with fork. Sprinkle again with Crazy Mixed Up salt.
  7. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve with 1 cup of salsa (Rosarita).
