Health Nut Bread

  1. Mix flours, wheat germ, soda, salt and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl mash bananas; add lemon juice.
  3. In another large bowl mix honey and oil; add eggs and mix.
  4. Add dry ingredients alternately with the buttermilk to honey mixture.
  5. Fold in bananas and rest of fruit and nuts.
  6. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
  7. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
  8. Makes 2 loaves.
