Marinated Vegetables

  1. Cook carrots in small amount of water in covered saucepan over low heat for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and cauliflower.
  2. Bring to boiling.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes longer.
  4. Drain. Combine all vegetables. Combine oil, vinegar and seasonings.
  5. Pour over vegetables. Cover and chill at least 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
