Sausage Patties(Less Fat, No Chemicals)

  1. In food processor, mince the parsley and onion by turning the machine on and off.
  2. Reserve them.
  3. Mix the pork and fat in a bowl and divide the mixture into three batches.
  4. Put 1 batch in the work bowl and chop by turning the machine on and off until it reaches the desired texture.
  5. Transfer to a large bowl; repeat with remaining two batches.
