Mexican Biscuit Casserole
- 2 (7 oz.) pkg. biscuits
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. hamburger
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can Cheddar nacho cheese soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
- 1 c. each: rotini, rigatoni and mostaccioli
- 4 oz. pepperoni, sliced
- 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. ripe olives, chopped
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce (meat)
- Cook hamburger and drain off fat.
- Add onions.
- Cook pasta until tender.
- Add to hamburger.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Top with 8 ounces of Mozzarella cheese and bake 10 minutes or until bubbly and melted.
