Vegan Sugar-Free Apple Strudel

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, and incorporate the oil. It works very well if you rub the mix between your hands until the oil is evenly distributed.
  2. Add the dates, chopped and the water and knead gently until you have an evenly coloured and soft dough.
  3. Wrap it in aluminium foil, and let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.
  4. In the meantime, dice the apples in small pieces
  5. Mix the apple with all the other filling ingredient and let it marinate while you wait for the the dough to be ready.
  6. Roll out the dough, and use it to wrap the filling, pressing the edges together with the help of little more water.
  7. Cook for 30/35 minutes at 180u0b0 until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm or cold, to taste. Ideal with some nice coconut whipped cream
