Play Dough
- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- food coloring (your choice)
- nonstick spray coating
- 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 2 c. 1/4-inch thick zucchini slices, onion rings or cauliflower flowerets
- 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie Italian salad dressing
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 2 chicken breasts (6 oz. each), skinned
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. each: apple cider vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp. light or dark molasses
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp. each: Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce
- In 8 x 8 x 2-inch microwavable baking dish,
- arrange onions; set chicken breasts, skinned side up, over onions.
- Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on High (100%) for 5 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- In small mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; spread over chicken breasts.
- Microwave on High for 2 minutes until sauce is heated through.
- Makes 2 servings.
