Lavender Meat Balls With Garlic White Sauce
- Meat balls
- 1.5 pounds meat
- 12 pieces lavender chopped flowers
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 piece egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 bunch chopped basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Garlic white sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup maizena powder
- 4 pieces chopped garlic cloves
- 4 pieces lavender
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1.5 pounds small potatoes
- Mix all the meat ball ingredients, make the balls and put a side.
- Put the butter in a pan, add the onion, then the milk , then the lavender and the garlic.
- Put the meat balls in a pan to fry then put them in the sauce and let them boil. Serve with potatoes and add the grated cheese over the meat balls
