Garlic Hummus With Warm Toasted Chickpeas

  1. Drain out the water from the canned chickpeas.
  2. Add all the ingredients in a food processor. Mix until smooth. Add more olive oil if needed. I ended up added a little bit of water to make it smooth.
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 425u0b0 F.
  4. In a small bowl, toss the chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil, salt and ground cumin.
  5. Spread them on a baking pan and toast them for 15-20 minutes or until they are crunchy.
  6. Serve over hummus, salad or soup.
