Turkey Shawarma Pitas

  1. Make tzatziki sauce: Let the cucumber drain on paper towels. Mix together the yogurt, garlic, mint, dill, salt and pepper and add drained cucumber. Set aside.
  2. Mix shawarma spices together. Melt butter in a large pan. Add spices and cook 1-2 minutes or until spices are fragrant.
  3. Add chopped turkey and stir to combine. Scoop the turkey mixture into the pita.
  4. Top with feta cheese, lettuce, tomato (optional), and tzatziki sauce.
