Ground Pork And Shrimp Stir-Fry
- 3/4 lb. uncooked spaghetti
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 3/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1/2 lb. cooked baby shrimp, drained
- Cook
- spaghetti
- according to package directions, omitting the salt.
- Combine soy sauce, cornstarch and 1 cup water; set aside. Heat
- cooking
- oil
- in
- wok or electric skillet on medium
- high heat.
- Thoroughly
- cook pork with ginger, garlic and red
- pepper. Add
- green onion and stir-fry 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce mixture; cook until mixture boils and thickens.
- Add shrimp and heat through.
- Pour over noodles.
- Toss to combine.
