Orange Ricotta Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
  3. In large bowl, combine cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, 2 tablespoons liqueur, flour and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until set.
  5. Cool.
  6. Heat remaining 1 teaspoon liqueur with marmalade.
  7. Spread about 3/4 on top of cheesecake.
  8. Top with orange slices, then remaining marmalade mixture.
  9. Chill thoroughly.
  10. Refrigerate leftovers.
