Cheesy Broccoli
- 2 lb. cooked broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. marjoram
- 1 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Place broccoli in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Saute onion in butter.
- Add flour, stirring until smooth.
- Cook 1 minute. Gradually add milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.
- Add Parmesan, salt, mustard, pepper, paprika and marjoram.
- Stir until cheese melts.
- Spoon sauce over broccoli.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
