Blend Of The Bayou Seafood Casserole

  1. Melt cream cheese and butter using double boiler.
  2. Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 tbsp. butter.
  3. Add to the first mixture.
  4. Add soup mushroom, seasonings, crab meat, and rice.
  5. Mix well, place in 2 qt. casserole, and top with cheese and cracker crumbs.
  6. Bake at 350 about 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
