Chicken With Rice And Raisins

  1. Brown chicken on all sides in hot oil.
  2. Remove chicken.
  3. Add onion to drippings; brown lightly.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Put chicken in 2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Top with tomato-rice mixture.
  7. Cover and bake in hot oven (400u0b0) for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding water if necessary. Makes 4 servings.
