Beef Turnovers

  1. Combine crackers, flour and Parmesan.
  2. Cut in butter or margarine.tprinkle cold water
  3. over
  4. mixture, one tablespoon at a time, mixing with fork.
  5. Form into a ball.
  6. Wrap in clear plastic.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes.
  8. Brown
  9. ground
  10. beef;
  11. drain. Stir in spinach, mushrooms, spaghetti
  12. sauce,
  13. salt, basil and thyme; set aside.
  14. On floured
  15. surface,
  16. roll
  17. dough
  18. 1/8 inch thick.
  19. Cut out 24 (4-inch) circles.
  20. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling on half of each
  21. circle.
  22. Brush
  23. edges
  24. with beaten egg. Fold dough over filling totorm
  25. a
  26. half
  27. circle.teal edges with fork.tlace on
  28. greased
  29. baking sheet.
  30. Brush with more egg. Bake at 400u0b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
  31. Serve at once.
