Light And Lively Chicken And Rice

  1. Place chicken breasts in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
  2. Pour salad dressing over chicken.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  4. Place rice, vegetables and 1/2 can French fried onions around and under chicken.
  5. Combine bouillon and Italian dressing; pour over chicken and vegetables.
  6. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes. Top with remaining onions.
  7. Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  9. (I find it's better to place chicken on top of rice, then onions, vegetable bouillon and seasoning.)
  10. Top with remaining onions.
