Deli Salad
- 1 lb. cooked shells
- 1/4 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced or shredded
- 1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced and quartered
- 1/4 lb. hard salami, sliced and quartered
- 4 tomatoes, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 stalks celery, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 jar green olives, sliced
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Italian season
- garlic to taste
- 2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
- Add all ingredients to cooled shells. Toss well. Mix Italian dressing per package and pour over salad. Toss well. Let stand overnight.
