Pasta And Creamed Prosciutto Sauce

  1. Cut Prosciutto into cubes, smaller than 1/2 inch.
  2. Melt the butter in a large casserole over low heat.tdd Prosciutto and saute lightly for 1
  3. minute.
  4. At the same time bring a pot of cold water to a boil.
  5. Add salt and 1 teaspoon olive oil to water, then add pasta
  6. and cook to desired texture.
  7. Drain the pasta
  8. and
  9. add itto
  10. the
  11. casserole
  12. with
  13. the
  14. Prosciutto. Immediately pour the cream
  15. over
  16. the
  17. pasta
  18. and
  19. season with salt,
  20. pepper and nutmeg.
  21. Gently
  22. mix

  24. the
  25. ingredients together,

  28. Mix

  30. transfer
  31. to
