Butterscotch Bundt Cake

  1. Spray Bundt pan with Pam or Baker's Joy.
  2. Preheat oven to 350u0b0. In medium saucepan over low heat melt butter.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in sugar until dissolved.
  4. Add eggs, yogurt and vanilla.
  5. In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  6. Add butter mixture to dry ingredients.
  7. Stir until just moistened.
  8. Do not overmix!
  9. Pour 1/2 batter into Bundt pan.
  10. Sprinkle evenly with butterscotch chips.
  11. Pour remaining batter in pan and smooth top. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 20 minutes.
  12. Remove from pan and cool completely.
  13. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
