Easy Chicken Divan Casserole
- 2 large bunches broccoli tops
- 6 split chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Boil chicken until tender in water seasoned with parsley, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Drain and break chicken into strips or pieces.
- Boil broccoli until fork-tender; drain. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs; set aside.
- Mix soup, shredded cheese, sour cream and lemon juice and heat.
- Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole with Pam.
- Put a layer of broccoli, one layer of chicken and pour soup mixture over broccoli and chicken.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over top and finely sprinkle Parmesan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
