Ginger Cran Apple Upside Down Cake
- 1 Stick of butter softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter milk
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Almond extract
- 1 Apple (your preference)
- 1/2 cup Fresh cranberrys
- 1 dash Baking soda
- 1 splash Distilled vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Sweet tea
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 2 Jumbo eggs
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. With hand mixer beat eggs then add in butter, extract , sugar and butter milk and slowly add in flour and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine apple, sweet tea, cranberries , ground ginger and brown sugar. Add to bottom of pan and pour batter over the top covering all of your fruit mix. Place in oven and cook for 25-30 mins. Remove from oven place flat plate over the top of your pan and flip. Serve and enjoy!
