Alligator Creole

  1. In

  3. saute
  4. alligator
  5. about

  7. minutes.
  8. Add celery, onion and bell
  9. pepper;
  10. saute until tender.
  11. Stir, do not burn.
  12. Add rest of ingredients and cook until alligator is tender and liquids are of
  13. the consistency of a nice sauce for pasta. Serve over rice and enjoy.
