Mintz Cheesecake

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients.
  2. Firmly press onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
  3. Chill.
  4. Beat cream cheese at high speed with electric mixer until fluffy.
  5. Add condensed milk, peppermint candy and food coloring.
  6. Beat well. Fold in whipped cream.
  7. Pour into prepared pan.
  8. Cover and freeze until firm.
  9. Garnish if desired.
  10. Yield:
  11. One nine-inch cheesecake.
