Caramel Pecan Sticky Buns

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Stir together 6 ounces cream cheese and water in small saucepan.
  3. Cook over low heat until mixture reaches 115u0b0 to 120u0b0, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir together hot roll mix and yeast packet in large bowl.
  5. Add cream cheese mixture and egg, mixing until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.
  6. Knead dough on lightly floured surface 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Cover; let rise in warm place for 20 minutes.
  7. Beat remaining cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl at medium speed of mixer until well blended.
