Tasty Taco Pie

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
• 1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
• 1/2 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese, cubed
• 1 c. shredded lettuce
• 1/2 c. chopped tomato
• 1/4 c. pitted ripe olive slices

1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
2. Brown meat. Drain.
3. Stir in tomato sauce and seasoning mix.
4. Simmer 5 minutes. Unroll dough.
5. Press onto bottom and sides of ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
6. Prick bottom and sides with fork.
7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cover crust with meat mixture and cheese.
8. Continue baking until cheese begins to melt.
9. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
10. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
