Hot Beef Sandwiches

  1. Cook roast until tender.
  2. Set aside and shred.
  3. Brown butter and onions.
  4. Add garlic, celery, mustard and water.
  5. Cook a few minutes.
  6. Then add remaining ingredients.
  7. Cook 20 minutes.
  8. Add shredded meat.
  9. Serve on hamburger buns.
