Hamburger Steaks

  1. Mix
  2. well.
  3. Divide
  4. in 4 patties.
  5. Flatten as you would hamburger
  6. patties.
  7. Then
  8. cup your hands around the patty and at the
  9. same
  10. time,
  11. turn in circular motion and push sides of patty inward.
  12. Flip
  13. patty
  14. over, cup your hands around patty and repeat the procedure.
  15. Pat the patty down as you go if it becomes
  16. too thick.
  17. Repeat about half a dozen times or until you have
  18. a
  19. very firm patty about 3 inches in diameter and 1 1/2-inches
  20. thick. Wrap
  21. 1
  22. piece of bacon around each patty. Secure
  23. with toothpick.
  24. Broil
  25. as
  26. you
  27. would
  28. your favorite steak.

ground round, soy sauce, smoke sauce, worcestershire sauce, seasoning, orange, cayenne pepper, pepper
