Chicken And Rice

  1. Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole with bacon.
  2. Add rice; sprinkle with seasoning packet.
  3. Put chicken pieces on rice and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Drain mushrooms and reserve juice.
  5. Pour mushrooms on chicken and sprinkle with oregano.
  6. Cover all with cream of chicken soup.
  7. Use mushroom juice and add water to fill 4 ounce can; pour over all.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley.
  9. Cover with foil; seal tightly.
  10. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 2 hours.
  11. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
