Grapefruit Bliss

  1. In a tumbler or measuring cup, combine the grapefruit juice, Coco Bay (or substitute), Grand Marnier and maple syrup. Shake, stir, or otherwise mix well until no maple syrup can be seen collecting at the bottom.
  2. Adjust to taste--depending on season and location your grapefruit juice may need more maple syrup. Depending on taste and occasion, you may like it boozier than this--slog in more Grand Marnier until it sits right with you.
  3. Fill each glass one half to two thirds of the way with ice cubes.
  4. Split into glasses (or pour a tall one for yourself--I won't tell!) and top with large sprigs of mint. Swirl to crush your mint in, and enjoy a moment of tropical bliss.
