No-Fat Chicken Salad Oriental

  1. In mixing bowl, combine chicken, 1/2 cup orange segments, water chestnuts, 2 tablespoons green onion and red pepper.
  2. Next, combine yogurt, banana, honey, lemon juice, vinegar, ginger and white pepper in blender.
  3. Puree until smooth.
  4. Pour over chicken; mix well and chill.
