Chicken Casserole(Microwave Version)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 box frozen vegetables (your choice)
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. softened margarine (I omit this)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 2 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
- 1 c. crushed cornflakes or coarse cracker crumbs
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- Place soup,
- mayonnaise
- and
- curry powder in a 2 quart casserole and
- mix well.
- Add frozen vegetables.
- Do not cook, just breaktpart.tdd
- chicken
- or turkey.
- Spread cheese on top and then cornflakes, margarine and parsley.
- Microwave for 35 minutes ontedium.
- (In
- regular oven, bake at 375u0b0 for 45 minutes.)
