Low-Carb Crustless Pizza(Healthy)
- 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbsp. pizza sauce
- sliced pepperoni
- mushrooms
- onion
- green pepper
- nonstick spray
- Spray pie pan with nonstick spray.
- A glass pie pan is best. Cover bottom of pan with 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
- Put in oven at 350u0b0 for approximately 12 minutes or until bubbly and brown on the edges.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Spread pizza sauce on cheese.
- Add other ingredients and vegetables of choice (or use them all for a combo).
- Cover vegetables with pepperoni.
- Cover the top of the pizza with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for approximately 20 minutes or until the top is golden.
- Remove from oven and cool for approximately 5 minutes.
- Slide onto a plate. Grab a fork and enjoy.
