Chicken And Broccoli Over Egg Noodles

  1. Place chicken in a dish with some depth, and add marinade ingredients; mix well.
  2. Heat a deep skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and chicken.
  3. Cook the chicken until almost fully cooked, leave slightly pink in the center.
  4. Using the same pan the chicken was cooked in, heat it over medium and add the olive oil and carrots; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the garlic and broccoli, mix well and cook another couple minutes.
  6. Add sherry, broth and spices, and bring to a boil.
  7. Add the chicken to the broth and cook for another 2-3 minutes until chicken is completely cooked through.
  8. Pour mixture over cooked egg noodles and sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese.
